BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM, PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- The following form must be completed with the correct information.
- Review the data provided before submitting it.
- Incomplete forms, with erroneous or false information will not be considered.
- The form is only for people interested in becoming a professional technician and/or even a Bachelor's degree (check the programs and careers tab), they must undergo the admission and audition process.

Those chosen and who comply with the admission process (see the "requirements" tab) will be auditioned virtually or in person. ESM Costa Rica will indicate the audition time by mail. Space is limited and scholarships are NOT offered.
